30-day returns.
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of your Good Morning Supply purchase. If it is not right for you, contact us within that period to start a return.
We provide a prepaid US return label. You do not pay return shipping for a return covered by this policy.
How to return an order
- Email sales@goodmorningsupply.com or use our contact page, and include your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Wait for your prepaid return label and return instructions.
- Pack the item securely with its included accessories and send it using the label.
Once we receive your return, we will review it and refund approved returns to your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of approval; your bank determines when it appears in your account.
If an item arrives damaged or does not work, tell us so we can help with a replacement. You can still request a return within 30 days of delivery if you prefer a return.
