Good Morning Supply purchases include a 1-year warranty from delivery for defects in materials or workmanship during normal use.
If something goes wrong, email sales@goodmorningsupply.com or use our contact page, and include your order number and a description of the issue. A photo or short video can help us understand what happened.
We will first help troubleshoot the problem. If it is covered by the warranty, our first solution is a replacement at no cost to you. If a replacement is unavailable, we will work with you on a refund.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Your 30-day return period remains separate from this warranty.
